Takween is hiring Photographer to document activities carried out for different projects by capturing photo’s not only of the achievements, but at that process and steps in the life cycle of the projects we implement. It is the interest of Takween to be well-represented in terms of photos that reflect the reality of our projects but more importantly to document efforts of the organization in restoring/renovation and bring changing to urban contexts for future generations. Takween seeks to establish Long Term Agreements with a qualified photographer for the documentation of its different activities and events. The pictures will be used by Takween across various platforms (including digital and print). All original pictures should be delivered with metadata (date, detailed location, name and surname of persons portrayed, etc.)
Senior HR & Payroll Officer is responsible for managing the administration of the Human Resources policies and procedures. The Senior HR & Payroll Officer will assist in carrying out the following functional areas: HR departmental development, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and other employment related functions. The Senior HR & Payroll Officer will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day administrative, personnel services and human resource management functions in order to meet office requirement and a smooth workflow. Takween-ICD works on a variety of projects in urban conservation, rehabilitation and restoration of cultural heritage sites and consequently responsible to ensure quality and maintenance of HR records for the company.

These tourism products are expected to lead to increased economic benefits to the local community from tourism development activities through increased visitation, improved employment and business opportunities, and better revenue retention at the local level.
Takween is actively seeking a seasoned, highly creative, and innovative Senior Consultant (Cultural Tourism Marketing and Promotion) to provide guidance and oversee the promotion of the City of Esna as a unique and prime tourist destination – leading to increased economic benefits to the local community from tourism development activities through improved employment and business opportunities and better revenue retention at the local level.
The Senior Consultant (Cultural Tourism Marketing and Promotion) is expected to develop the strategy and tools for an in-depth understanding of the needs of the cultural tourism sector stakeholders (including public and private institutions, tour operators, foreign and domestic visitors, and local community members) regarding the City of Esna. S/he will lead the establishment, marketing, and promotion strategy of a new perception of Esna’s diverse cultural heritage assets and its tourism offerings --as a unique and prime tourist destination-- among different stakeholders resulting in increased number of visitors and tourism revenues.
