Takween ICD is seeking to hire a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Specialist to lead outreach and sales efforts for our handcrafted wood products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential buyers, building lasting partnerships, and closing bulk sales (B2B). This role is well-suited for someone with strong relationship-building skills, understands market trends, and is passionate about heritage-based design, social entrepreneurship, and creating value for local artisans.
Key Result Areas
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and B2B sales strategy for handcrafted wood products.
Identifying and reaching out to potential institutional clients, retail partners, and wholesale buyers.
Managing the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.
Representing the brand and product line in meetings, fairs, and exhibitions to increase exposure and secure new clients.
Building and maintaining a database of buyers, sales leads, and partnerships.
Preparing marketing materials and collaborating with the creative team on product storytelling and presentation.
Tracking sales targets and producing regular reports to assess performance and opportunities.
Supporting the development of marketing campaigns that align with the project’s social impact goals.
