Takween ICD is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Reporting and M&E intern to support our projects by ensuring timely and accurate reporting, data collection, and research. This role requires a proactive individual with robust research and writing skills who can help track project(s) progress, gather necessary materials, and submit reports according to deadlines.
Key Result Areas
Job Responsibilities:
Collect and organize project-related information, documents, and data in a structured manner;
Support the preparation of reports, summaries, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders;
Conduct research to gather relevant information and context for reporting purposes;
Assist in monitoring project activities to ensure alignment with goals, deadlines, and quality standards;
Maintain organized records of reports, submissions, and project documentation;
Support in other reporting tasks as needed.
Requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience & Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and clear reports.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Research skills and ability to gather relevant information from diverse sources.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of monitoring and evaluation concepts is a plus.
