We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and Deputy CEO of Takween Integrated Community Development.

Key Result Areas

Job Responsibilities:

Duties of the Executive Assistant to CEO & Deputy CEO include, but are not limited to:

  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events,including agendas,materials preparation,and attendee management.

  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange flights,hotels,and other travel arrangements for the CEO and Deputy CEO,ensuring smooth and efficient travel experiences.

  • Document Management: Prepare high-quality presentations,reports,and other documents, ensuring accuracy, clarity,and adherence to style guides.

  • Project Management: Assist with managing and prioritizing projects for the CEO and Deputy CEO, maintaining project timelines and following up on key deadlines.

  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research and gather information as needed by the CEO and Deputy CEO on various topics and initiatives.

  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive information and communications.

  • Office Management: Oversee the smooth operation of the executive office, ensuring a productive and organized environment.

Requirements

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's  degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (administrative support, business administration, etc.).

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software programs.

  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong English and Arabic (spoken and written).

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

Work Location:

  • The Executive Assistant to CEO & Deputy CEO will work in Cairo Office, with possible travel to site work location. Accommodation and transportation are covered.
