Adopting Participatory Action Planning rather than top-down conventional urban planning approaches, blueprints or readymade solutions through an incremental and dynamic process that caters for human inventiveness to achieve long-term goals;
Architectural
Solutions &
Implementation
Providing highly effective design and engineering solutions that focus on cost effectiveness; and social, cultural and environmental sensitivity. We ensure that the aforementioned qualities are well communicated throughout our design packages and documents, so they are effectively implemented on site;
Urban Design
& Upgrading
Refurbishing public spaces (streets, gathering nodes and squares) into places for social integration and human creativity through active community participation and intelligent technical design to improve hygienic conditions and support positive economic opportunities;
Research
Conducting urban research that focuses on urban policy analysis and its impact on the city and its dwellers. Our analysis is largely based on the Right to the City approach. Our research results are published in a way that is accessible to the public on our website. This allows us to open a public discussion on pressing urban issues;
Heritage Conservation & Management
Injecting life in historic areas through integration of highest conservation standards together with sensitive design and effective socioeconomic initiatives through planning and implementation of integrated conservation interventions;
