Takween is looking for an HR Intern to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be focused on learning and developing career within the HR industry. Ideally, the successful Intern will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team. The core focus of the role will be to provide support to the HR team whilst developing and growing your existing skills to effectively apply them to the role and future duties.
Key Result Areas
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources.
Handle and help organize an efficient filing system both hard copy and on the internal system.
Ask questions and make notes on HR best practices and procedures and implement them into the work you do.
Provide excellent customer service to internal staff by helping them communicate and find answers to any queries they may have.
Assistance in archiving and updating employee records (hard and electronic copies).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (can be student, not a graduate).
Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Excellent organization ability, familiarity with HR software and strong communication skills.
Some general knowledge of HR or keen interest to learn.
Excellent attention to detail.
Able to work effectively as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
